SHIPPING POLICY 

 

Processing Time                                                        All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (United States)                      We offer the following shipping options:


Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)            Free on orders over $50; flat rate $5.99 on orders under $50

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) -- $12.99

Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $24.99

International Shipping                                              We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking                                                       Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.


Lost or Damaged Packages                                      If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support.help2026@gmail.com and we'll make it right.


Incorrect Address                                              Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. E.Y.N.A More Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
